Warranty Policy

At LightsLux, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support to our customers. This Warranty Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from LightsLux-operated websites and shipped to countries where LightsLux currently offers products and services.
No warranty registration is required. Your order confirmation, invoice, or other valid proof of purchase serves as proof of warranty coverage.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.
Covered defects may include:

Failure to power on under normal use

Significant discoloration not caused by environmental factors, improper cleaning, misuse, or normal aging
If a warranty claim is approved, LightsLux will determine the most appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue:

Replace the product with the same model

Replace the product with a comparable product of equal or greater value

Issue store credit or a partial/full refund where appropriate
2. Warranty Period
All eligible lighting products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country or region.
3. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products remain covered under this warranty for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
However, warranty service, returns, or exchanges are not available for issues arising solely from customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to:

Custom dimensions

Custom rod lengths

Custom wire lengths

Custom finishes or colors

Custom configurations

Other customer-requested modifications
Unless a manufacturing defect is present, custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange based on customer preference, change of mind, incorrect measurements, or ordering errors, except where required by applicable law.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Improper maintenance

Misuse or abuse

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by incorrect voltage or electrical supply

Damage or issues arising from commercial use of products intended for residential use only

Products marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law
5. Warranty Claim Process

Step 2 – Review
Most claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Additional information may be requested if necessary.
Once the review is completed, LightsLux will notify the customer of the outcome and available resolution options.
Step 3 – Resolution
If approved, LightsLux may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, repair service (where available), or another appropriate remedy.
For certain claims, LightsLux may require the return of the original product or defective components before a replacement or refund can be issued.
If the product is no longer available, a comparable replacement or alternative resolution may be offered.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
For approved warranty claims, LightsLux will generally cover the shipping costs associated with sending replacement parts or replacement products.
Return shipping requirements, if any, may vary depending on:

Applicable consumer protection laws
If inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered under this warranty, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
7. Packaging Requirements
Original packaging is not required to make a warranty claim.
However, customers are responsible for packaging returned products securely. LightsLux is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging during return transit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LightsLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or failure of the product.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
